Centre-back Kacper Łopata joins Lechia Gdańsk

Kacper Łopata has become the latest addition to Lechia Gdańsk. The defender joins the White and Greens on a permanent transfer and has signed a contract until June 30, 2029.

Kacper Łopata has spent a significant part of his football career in the United Kingdom. He developed at Brighton & Hove Albion and, at senior level, has represented clubs including Sheffield United, Southend United, Woking, Barnsley, Port Vale, Ross County, Bristol Rovers and Walsall.

The defender has also represented Poland at youth international level, playing for the U-18, U-19, U-20 and U-21 national teams.
