Lechia Gdańsk and FC Ararat-Armenia reach agreement on the transfer of Artur Serobyan

Lechia Gdańsk and FC Ararat-Armenia have reached an agreement for the permanent transfer of Artur Serobyan. The 23-year-old Armenia international has signed a contract with the Green and Whites that will run until 30 June 2030.
Following the completion of the transfer, Lechia have agreed to allow the player to remain with FC Ararat-Armenia until the end of January 2027. This decision will allow Serobyan to compete on the international stage in UEFA Group stage of Europa League. In the coming months, the Armenian will have the opportunity to face teams such as AC Milan, AZ Alkmaar, Sparta Prague, Jagiellonia Białystok and FC Salzburg.
The winger will join the Green for and Whites on 1 February 2027 for the second round.
In the 2025/2026 season, Serobyan made 22 appearances in Armenia’s top flight, scoring 7 goals. He also won the Armenian championship with FC Ararat-Armenia.
The winger is also a senior Armenia international, having made more than 20 appearances for Armenia A national team.
