We have a very good staff at Lechia, and we’ve clearly defined the training plan for the next two weeks, so I’m not worried about the team’s condition. Under normal circumstances, I wouldn’t be leaving, but I’m loyal to the national team and I can’t let the head coach of Scotland down at this moment.

Our fans are very engaged and incredibly dedicated; they travel with us even to away matches that are far from Gdańsk. Both the players and I notice this. The support and atmosphere they create are extremely motivating for us to perform.
