What an event it was! The National Conference for UEFA Pro License Coaches with John Carver in the spotlight. The boss shared his first-hand experiences from the Premier League, while also touching on his current work at Lechia Gdańsk.

The National Conference for UEFA Pro License Coaches is one of the most important educational events in the calendar of the Polish Football Association. This insightful and inspiring gathering took place at the Faculty of Philology Auditorium at the University of Łódź.

Poland national team head coach Jan Urban also took part in the panel discussion titled “Leadership and Self/Team Management During a Crisis.” Among the guests of the National UEFA Pro Coaches Conference were his staff members: assistant coach Jacek Magiera, Marcin Prasoł, Grzegorz Staszewski, goalkeeping coach Andrzej Dawidziuk, and national team director Adrian Mierzejewski. In addition to John Carver, the lineup of speakers included Sławomir Kopczewski (Vice President of the Polish FA for Coaching Development), Paweł Grycmann (Director of the Polish FA Coaching School), as well as coaches Adrian Siemieniec, Tomasz Kaczmarek, and Dawid Kroczek.
