1 November is a special time for reflection and remembrance of those who were part of our common history. In connection with the upcoming All Saints’ Day, we encourage fans and all supporters of the White-Greens to visit the graves of former Lechia players, coaches and activists.
The Lechia Gdańsk Memorial Map makes it easy to find the resting places of distinguished Lechians. Thanks to it, it is possible to check where the players, coaches and activists associated with the White-Greens are buried. This is an extremely valuable initiative by Dariusz Boczek from the Lechia.net portal, which reminds us how many people have gone down in the club’s history.
The Map of Remembrance not only indicates the locations of the graves, but also enables each of us to honour the memory of the Lechists by lighting a symbolic candle – a sign of remembrance and gratitude for the years of sacrifice, passion and sporting emotions that have accompanied successive generations of fans.
