Ukraine’s U-23 national team triumphed at the Tournoi Maurice Revello, beating Ivory Coast U-20 in the final after a penalty shootout. The game was tied 2:2 in regulation time, with Maxim Khlan scoring one of the goals for Ukraine.
Our player spent the entire match on the field, and scored a goal in the 32nd. Minute, dobbing a shot by one of his colleagues. Held in France, the Maurice Revello tournament was the final test for Ukraine’s U-23 national team, which is preparing for the Olympic tournament.
It is worth noting that Maksym Khlan was elected MVP of the entire tournament!
