I am very happy to have joined a club with such a history as Lechia. I’ve been received very nicely here. We have our goals and we are fighting for them together – said the player.

About other Ukrainians in the team:

– Joining Lechia, I knew there were other people from Ukraine here – some of them I already met before. Of course, their presence in the locker room and on the pitch adds confidence and makes it easier to get along with each other.

On moving from Dynamo Kyiv to Lechia Gdansk:

– Both Dynamo and Lechia have their pros and cons. At Dynamo Kyiv I needed more minutes on the pitch. I hope that at Lechia I can develop and help the team at the same time.

About the mood in the team:

– The situation is tough, but we can play and will show on the field that we can play for higher goals in the table. The footballer also highlighted the team’s progress in the recent match against Rakow Częstochowa – With Raków we did better, we gave all our strength, we fought until the end. We were let down by the last 10 minutes, although we tried our best. We need one win in the end and it will be better.

About physicality in the Polish league:

The player was also asked how he feels about the league, which relies heavily on physical strength.

– I may not be big but I have my strengths and know what to build on and how to fight.
