On the initiative of the President Paolo Urfer, an internal reorganisation of the Club has been carried out. As part of this, the tasks of head of administration were assigned to Izabela Gwóźdź, whom we would like to congratulate on her promotion to the new position!
Legal matters and general control of operations have been temporarily delegated to Juliusz Paracki, a current member of the Supervisory Board, in cooperation with Aneta Adamczyk-Przybyla, our valued chief accountant, and Jakub Chodorowski, sports director and a board member.
As a result of discussions held by President Paolo Urfer with the staff of the various departments, the objectives and planned activities were updated and established.
The marketing and sales department, headed by Michal Fijalkowski, is actively working on new projects to promote the club and seek sponsors, in particular to secure a strategic sponsor and sponsors who can appear on the match shirts.
The communications team, through its planned activities, will help promote ticket sales for the home match against Motor Lublin scheduled for 26 July.
In order to complete the administrative and operational staff, the Club is still looking and plans to recruit in the coming days:
– financial director,
– specialist for administrative tasks.
The role of Managing Director will be filled once a suitable person has been found who is connected to Gdańsk and has a deep knowledge of the city and the region, while sharing the values represented by the Club.
