Lechia Rights Management oraz fundusz inwestycyjny MADA GLOBAL porozumiały się w sprawie przejęcia Lechii Gdańsk.

Lechia Rights Management Sp. z.o.o oraz fundusz inwestycyjny MADA Global FUND FOR INCOME OPPORTUNITIES (“MADA GLOBAL” – fundusz inwestycyjny private equity, działający w oparciu o regulacje organów nadzoru finansowego Zjednoczonych Emiratów Arabskich), reprezentowany przez polską firmę FOOTBALL CULTURE POLAND sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawie – zawarły umowę w sprawie przejęcia klubu Lechia Gdańsk. Formalne zawarcie transakcji nastąpi z momentem podpisania finalnej umowy sprzedaży, o ile mniejszościowi udziałowcy klubu nie skorzystają z prawa pierwokupu akcji.

Lechia Rights Management and MADA Global have reached an agreement in regards to the acquisition of Lechia Gdańsk.

Lechia Rights Management and MADA GLOBAL FUND FOR INCOME OPPORTUNITIES (“MADA GLOBAL” – a private equity investment fund regulated by the United Arab Emirates Financial Authority) represented by its Polish entity FOOTBALL CULTURE POLAND based in Warsaw (“FCP”) have reached an agreement in regards to the acquisition of Lechia Gdańsk. The closure of this transaction is subject to the signature of a final contract of Sale of the shares – however, there is a possibility that minority shareholders could exercise their pre-emption rights.

We are very happy to have met a reliable and solid partner and we hope this transaction could be finalised immediately for the future of Lechia Gdańsk.
