17 września 2025 roku Trybunał Arbitrażowy ds. Sportu przy Polskim Komitecie Olimpijskim ogłosił wyrok w sprawie odwołania od decyzji Komisji Odwoławczej ds. Licencji Klubowych Polskiego Związku Piłki Nożnej z dnia 16 maja 2025 roku.
W swoim orzeczeniu Trybunał, podzielając nasze stanowisko, jednoznacznie potwierdził, że sankcje nałożone na Lechię w procesie licencyjnym mają charakter dyscyplinarny. W konsekwencji, zgodnie z art. 45a ust. 3 Ustawy o sporcie, Trybunał posiada jurysdykcję do rozpoznania odwołania podmiotu od sankcji nałożonych przez Komisję Odwoławczą ds. Licencji Klubowych PZPN.
W punkcie 1 wyroku Trybunał, zmieniając punkt 3 decyzji, faktycznie uchylił ograniczenia transferowe nałożone na Lechię, ograniczając ich obowiązywanie do dnia wydania wyroku (tj. do 17 września 2025 r.).
W punkcie 2 wyroku Trybunał oddalił skargę Lechii dotyczącą odjęcia pięciu punktów w sezonie 2025/2026, z czym Klub się nie zgadza, uznając decyzję za błędną m.in. w świetle ustnych motywów podanych podczas ogłoszenia wyroku. Lechia Gdańsk nigdy nie zaakceptuje żadnej formy dyskryminacji ani arbitralności i będzie bronić swoich praw wszystkimi dostępnymi środkami prawnymi.

Lechia Gdańsk S.A. announces that on September 17, 2025, the Court of Arbitration for Sport at the Polish Olympic Committee (PKOL) announced its judgment in the appeal against the decision of the Appeal Committee for Club Licenses of the Polish Football Association (PZPN) of May 16, 2025.
In its judgment, the Court, sharing our position, unequivocally confirmed that the sanctions imposed on Lechia during the licensing process are disciplinary in nature. Consequently, pursuant to Article 45a, Section 3 of the Sports Act, the Court has jurisdiction to hear an appeal by an entity appealing against the sanctions imposed on it by the Appeal Committee for Club Licenses of the PZPN.
In point 1 of the judgment, the Court, by amending point 3 of the decision, effectively annulled the transfer restrictions imposed on Lechia by limiting their validity to the date of the judgment (i.e., until September 17, 2025).
In point 2 of the judgment, the Tribunal dismissed Lechia’s complaint regarding the deduction of five points for the 2025/26 season. We will never agree on that. In our opinion, this decision is wrong, among others in light of the oral reasons given during the announcement of the judgment. Lechia Gdansk will never accept any form of discrimination or arbitrary and will defend its rights by all legal means at its disposal.
