– Mogę potwierdzić, że dziś – w piątek, 18 sierpnia 2023 – spółka FOOTBALL CULTURE POLAND sp. z o.o. sfinalizowała przejęcie 95% akcji Lechia Gdańsk S.A. Jednocześnie przyjęte zostały rezygnacje dwóch członków Rady Nadzorczej Lechia Gdańsk S.A. – pani Adriany Mandziara i pana Adama Mandziara. To początek nowej ery dla klubu. Oczywiście, będziemy się skupiać na osiągnięciu sukcesu pierwszej drużyny, ale także na stworzeniu nowego centrum treningowego, które zostanie zbudowane w latach 2024-2025 i pozwoli nam na rozwijanie nowej generacji talentów piłkarskich w Gdańsku i w regionie – skomentował Paolo Urfer, Prezes Klubu.

The private equity investment fund from the UAE confirms the finalization of the acquisition of 95% of shares in Lechia Gdańsk S.A.

Here is the short statement made by our President Paolo Urfer a few minutes ago:

“I can confirm that today, Friday the 18th of August 2023, FOOTBALL CULTURE POLAND sp. z o.o. completed the purchase of 95% of the shares in Lechia Gdańsk S.A. Simultaneously, we accepted the resignations of two members of the Supervisory Board of Lechia Gdańsk S.A.: Mrs. Adriana Mandziara and Mr. Adam Mandziara. It’s the beginning of a new era for the club. We will of course focus on the success of our first team, but also on the creation of a new training center to be built in 2024-2025 which will allow the emergence of new generations of football talents in Gdańsk and its region.”
