Zmiany w zarządzie spółki Lechia Gdańsk S.A./Changes in the management board of Lechia Gdańsk S.A.
6 lipca odbyło się głosowanie Rady Nadzorczej Spółki Lechia Gdańsk S.A., podczas którego powołano nowych członków Zarządu Spółki. Prezesem Zarządu Spółki został nowo powołany do jego składu Paolo Urfer.
W wyniku głosowania Rady Nadzorczej Spółki do Zarządu powołany został również Yazan M. S. Saoudi, który objął funkcję Wiceprezesa Zarządu Spółki Lechia Gdańsk S.A.
Dotychczasowy Prezes Zarządu – Zbigniew Ziemowit Deptuła – objął stanowisko Członka Zarządu Spółki Lechia Gdańsk S.A.
A voting of the Supervisory Board of Lechia Gdansk S.A. was held on July 6, during which new members of the company’s Management Board were appointed. Paolo Urfer, newly appointed to the company’s Management Board, was appointed President of the Management Board.
As a result of the vote, Yazan M. S. Saoudi was also appointed to the company’s Management board, assuming the position of Vice President of the Management Board of Lechia Gdańsk S.A.
The previous President of the Board – Zbigniew Deptuła – took the position of Member of the Management Board of Lechia Gdańsk S.A.
